As a Visual Design Specialist at CFC, you will produce high impact, visual assets that elevate brand identity and drive engagement across digital and print channels. This role blends artistic excellence with strategic thinking, ensuring all design work is optimized for performance, accessibility, and consistency. The Visual Design Specialist collaborates with other departments to translate goals into effective visuals and contributes to initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience and marketing impact. What you’ll do when you join us: • Design and deliver high-quality visual assets for campaigns, web, email, social media, presentations, and print. • Own and evolve brand visual standards, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visual executions. • Optimize designs for performance across digital platforms, including accessibility, responsiveness, and load speed. • Manage and maintain design systems, templates, and asset libraries to support scalability and efficiency. • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets for campaigns, product launches, webinars, and other initiatives. • Contribute to website updates and refreshes, ensuring visual alignment with messaging and user experience goals. • Partner with UX, SEO, and analytics teams to improve visual impact and conversion paths. • Support quarterly impact reporting by contributing visual elements that enhance storytelling and data presentation. • Adaptability – adjust design approaches and priorities quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and explore new trends and tools to continuously enhance visual impact. • Apply brand systems and visual principals to create assets that drive engagement and support business outcomes Here’s what we’re looking for: • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, or related field • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic or visual design, preferably in a marketing or brand-focused environment • Demonstrated expert-level visual design skills with a strong portfolio of static digital and print work • Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva • Experience designing for web, email, social media, print, presentations, and marketing assets • Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles • Understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion-focused design • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus • Ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to design optimization • Note: This position is located in Seattle, Washington and employees are eligible to work remotely in any of the following states: AZ, CA, CT, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MN, NJ, NM, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA. The hiring range for this position is $80,000-91,000 annually. Actual base pay takes into account job-related knowledge, skills and experience required for the role, internal equity and geographic region. Transform the lives of millions.
