What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own customer success from initial conversations through production deployment, including technical discovery and onsite evaluations
- Conduct live demonstrations and troubleshooting on the factory floor to ensure successful deployments
- Identify projects where AI inspection can significantly impact manufacturing processes
- Work directly with engineers at major manufacturers to optimize AI vision systems
- Operate with high autonomy, making field judgment calls to move projects forward
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles or high-intensity environments
- Proven ability to operate independently and learn quickly in demanding situations
- Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization
- Willingness to travel 60-80% of the time
- Engineering background with a hands-on approach to learning
