Visa & Contracts Specialist

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Visa & Contracts Specialist to manage work authorization processes and employment contracts. This role ensures compliance with visa regulations, labor laws, and company policies while supporting employees with their immigration and contractual needs. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of visa processing, contract management, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Handle visa applications, renewals, and compliance requirements for employees.Stay updated on immigration policies and regulations, ensuring company adherence.Work closely with employees, HR, and legal teams to facilitate work permits and visas.Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Maintain records of visas, work permits, and contracts with tracking systems.Coordinate with government agencies, embassies, and legal advisors for immigration matters.Support international employees with relocation and work authorization processes.Provide guidance on visa-related queries and compliance requirements.Ensure contract terms align with company policies and labor laws.Assist in audits and reports related to visas and contracts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.Proven experience in visa processing, contract management, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of immigration laws and labor regulations.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a multinational or corporate environment.Familiarity with HR policies and international mobility programs.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
