We are in search of a hardworking, self-motivated, and experienced individual who is looking for a full-time, year-round opportunity to become a Remote Measure Technician for Renewal by Andersen ; the number one window manufacturer in the country. WHAT YOU'LL DO : Guide sales representatives to window openings in order to ensure accurate measurements using TechSee software Provide installation solutions that match our customer's expectations of a cost effective, installed, window replacement. 2-3 years of carpentry, finishing and/or remodeling experience. Window installation/measuring experience. Recognize situations that would impact customer's expectations. Maintains a thorough knowledge of construction basics and installation. Understands and adheres to the established Renewal processes and standards. Provide accurate measurements and documentation of job-related circumstances in a timely fashion. Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate installation techniques. WHAT YOU NEED : 2-3 years of carpentry, finishing and/or remodeling experience.
