Ā Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to create personalized travel itineraries
Ā Make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Ā Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any questions or concerns
Ā Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and packages to offer clients the best deals and value-added services
Ā Meet sales targets by effectively promoting travel products and services and maximizing revenue through upselling opportunities
Ā Utilize online booking systems and software tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity
Ā Maintain positive relationships with clients and travel suppliers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Ā Previous experience in the travel industry, customer service, sales, or related field preferred
Ā Strong understanding of travel destinations, products, services, and industry trends
Ā Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Ā Proven sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue
Ā Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in bookings and itineraries
Ā Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
Ā Proficiency in using computer systems, telecommunication devices, and online tools
