Virtual Tele Chat Support
We are seeking a Virtual Tele Chat Support representative to provide exceptional customer service through virtual chat support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via virtual chat
ā¢ Provide product information and support to customers
ā¢ Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution
ā¢ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
ā¢ Assist with customer feedback collection and analysis
Qualifications:
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent
ā¢ Proven customer service experience
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
ā¢ Proficiency in typing and computer skills
ā¢ Experience with virtual chat support tools is a plus
