Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education with a focus on Visual Impairments or a related field. Valid Oregon certification in Visual Impairment or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals. Computer proficiency, including solid typing skills and the ability to navigate digital platforms and tools. Reliable wi-fi/internet access and a distraction-free work environment that ensures high-quality virtual instruction. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered advantageous: Experience working with students with visual impairments, either in a traditional classroom setting or virtually.
