Milestales Project Staffing is a mission-driven, New York–based project staffing company connecting organizations with exceptional academics, artists, wellness professionals, and experts. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Staffing & Social Media Manager to support ongoing operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage our staffing software to ensure all projects are accurately scheduled and properly staffed
Confirm project logistics and ensure professionals arrive at the right place, on time
Conduct brief post-event follow-ups with professionals and, as needed, clients
Collect photos and short videos from projects and organize digital assets
Edit and assist with creating digital content
Post and promote content on social media to highlight our work and impact
Qualifications
2+ years of social media experience with a proven track record
Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills
Responsible, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Flexible and adaptable—startup experience a plus
Ideal Candidate

Excellent interpersonal skills
