Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education or Special Education (required).

State of Illinois Teaching Certification (PEL) is a must.
Experience in a virtual teaching environment is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Passion for working with students with special needs and helping them succeed.
