Ā Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Ā Valid Ohio teaching license in Special Education
Ā Experience working with students who have mild to moderate diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, and emotional/behavioral disorders
Ā Strong understanding of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
Ā Proficient in using digital platforms and educational technology tools for remote teaching
Ā Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ā Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team
Ā Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology setup for remote teaching
