We are currently interviewing and hiring for licensed Special Education Case Manager in Barre, VT
Job Details:
• Fulltime
• August 25, 2025 – June 16, 2026
• High School Case Manager
• Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Collaborate with other staff members, including general education teachers, to ensure a cohesive learning experience for students.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and performance.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Must have previous experience with virtual school case management
Required Credentials/Non-Negotiables:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• VT State Licensure
