Key Responsibilities:
Provide virtual counseling and support services to students dealing with emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address student needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to create a supportive educational environment.
Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students needs and track progress.
Facilitate virtual group sessions and workshops on topics such as stress management, social skills, and conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.
Stay current with best practices and regulations in school social work and virtual learning environments.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
Current Pennsylvania licensure as a School Social Worker.
Previous experience in a school setting or with children and adolescents preferred.
Proficiency with virtual communication tools and platforms.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
