Virtual School SLP | Rhode Island
A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in telespeech services within a school setting. This role provides remote speech therapy support to students, delivering tailored communication interventions that foster academic and social success.
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing teletherapy sessions using established best practices. Collaboration with educators and families will be essential to monitor progress and adjust goals as needed.
Desired qualifications and experience:
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Proven experience delivering speech therapy services remotely (telespeech)
• Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language development in educational environments
• Ability to effectively utilize teletherapy platforms and technology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
Location: Warwick, Rhode Island (position performed remotely with school-based clientele)
