WHAT YOUâLL DO
Receives inbound video calls and fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests
Provide video demonstrations of the clientâs products while on camera in a retail setting
Maintain sales support database; answers inquiries by researching, locating, and providing the desired information
Determines wants and needs of consumers while driving and closing the sale to increase the sales of clientâs products
Actively engaging consumers via video conferencing while working through technical issues
Describe technical components using readily understandable terms to ensure you are effectively conveying the features and benefits of the products to all audiences
Other tasks as assigned by management
WHAT YOUâLL BRINGExperience and Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
3+ years retail customer service and retail sales experience
Skills and Attributes:
Ability to successfully influence consumer buying decisions
Strong interpersonal communication and soft skills
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills on camera
Must be comfortable interfacing directly with consumers via video conferencing
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite
Ability to demonstrate a high level of technical understanding of consumer electronics
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint applications
