We provide a collaborative, inclusive and flexible work environment along with competitive compensation and comprehensive wellness & benefits programs.The Virtual Sales Engineer is responsible for the following:Main Responsibilites:Act as a single point of contact for customers providing pre- and post-sale activities for sales under a prescribed dollar amount and complexityCollaborate and communicate with outside sales personnel to ensure full coverage of customer needsProactively follow up on warm marketing leads and requested quotes for the Scientific Vacuum and Industrial Vacuum business linesProvide general information on all Leybold ProductsTakes ownership of open territory and lapsed customers to drive salesWorks with the applications team to offer product alternatives to best meet customer requirements and support sales objectives.Recognize that a customer of one product could also purchase other Leybold productsDemonstrate proactive selling of Leybold products. Identifies opportunities for expanding the sale through additional options and complementary productsMaintains customer databasesDocument customer activity using our CRMOther duties as assignedPhysical Demands and Work Environment:The physical demands described here are representative that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential duties of this job.
