Job DescriptionAs a Virtual Records Processing Assistant, your primary responsibility will be maintaining and processing digital files with high accuracy. You will assist with uploading, labeling, auditing, and organizing files using cloud-based systems. This role requires precision, a strong command of file structure protocols, and excellent written communication for virtual collaboration.
You will work independently in a remote environment while staying connected with the support team through scheduled check-ins and digital communication platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Process, upload, and manage incoming digital records
Maintain correct labeling and organizational structure across file systems
Conduct quality checks and resolve inconsistencies
Support audit tracking and archiving procedures
Participate in remote training and maintain task logs
Respond to internal data inquiries promptly and accurately
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Experience in administrative, clerical, or records-related tasks preferred
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Effective time management and virtual communication skills
