Responsibilities
Ā Professionally handling incoming calls for clients and their callers

Ā Promptly and efficiently taking and relaying messages to clients

Ā Offering a warm phone presence, generally smiling, being friendly, helpful and positive
Requirements
Ā Preferably call center experience and/or experience in a fast-paced environment

Ā Excellent speaking voice and telephone manner
,
Ā Confidence with computers and typing skills (over 50 wpm)

Ā Attention to detail and accuracy
,
Ā Team player, professional attitude and a sense of humor
,
Ā Take pride in the quality of your work in providing a positive client experience

Ā Minimum of 1-year Customer Service experience
