About the Role We are seeking a friendly and professional Virtual Receptionist to join our team in Georgia and Texas. As a Virtual Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls for thousands of businesses located all over the country. This is a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional customer service and helping our clients achieve their goals. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls for thousands of businesses, providing exceptional customer service and helping our clients achieve their goals. Communicate professionally and showcase your friendly personality, navigating cloud-based technology to handle caller interactions using multiple screens. Have a can-do attitude while multitasking, handling high call volumes and providing timely responses to customer inquiries. Be a team player, reliable, and present, working independently and as part of a team to achieve our mission. Type detailed messages free of spelling and grammatical errors, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional and accurate. Have a quiet, distraction-free room at home where you can work without being disrupted by kids, pets, etc. Reside in Georgia or Texas, with a reliable hardwired internet connection and a high-quality wired headset with a microphone. Requirements Excellent people skills (friendly and patient) and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment from home. Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, front desk receptionist, or clerical position is a plus. Ability to multitask, self-motivated, and highly driven, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Tech-savvy enough to troubleshoot minor computer issues and navigate cloud-based technology. Previous work experience at a call center is a plus.
