Virtual Receptionist for Psychotherapy Private Practice
Looking for a job that works with your class schedule? Lakeside Counseling Center is a Group Private Practice in Wisconsin and we are seeking a receptionist who can work remotely as part of our team
Candidate must be independent and a self starter, as well as computer/tech savvy, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities include the following:
Answering phone and email inquiries, responding to any questions that potential clients may have about scheduling appointments with one of our therapists;
Creating client charts, scheduling intake appointments via phone and email correspondence appointments, directing the calls as required and handling all queries;
Assistance with verification of insurance benefits and follow ups on rejected claims/denials;
Assisting with aspects of social media and marketing.
The virtual assistant will perform a range of basic office support activities for our practice, such as answering phones and directing calls, greeting and directing clients, answering questions and performing routine clerical, data entry, and/or word processing work as well as everyday duties include collecting information, faxing, and emailing. Sensitivity to confidential matters/HIPAA compliance a must.

Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $10-$15 hour
Schedule: We are looking for someone who could be available anywhere from 3-4 mornings per week for 3-4 hours/day, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8am-1pm CST. There is room for flexibility around exact start/end times.
Experience:
Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
Computer skills: 2 years (Preferred)
