We are looking to bring on a part time (with opportunity to go full time) virtual receptionist to join our team. Your job title within the company will be " Care Coordinator." We currently have other amazing VAs and are looking to add one more! MUST have a willingness to learn. MUST have proficiency in reading, writing ,and spoken English.
ABOUT OUR COMPANY
We are a mobile wellness clinic with acupuncturists, massage therapists, and kinesiologists. We have grown significantly in a short time and are now looking to expand.

TASKS:
-handling communication with potential clients via phone calls, text messages, social media messages, email etc.
-communicating with patients before and after their appointments (rebooking, billing etc.)
-MUST be available during Pacific Standard Time. Our hours are 8am-8pm.
-Shifts are 10 hours.
-administrative tasks: email management, CRM management, organization etc.
ASSETS
-additionally we use a number of softwares and some tech proficiency is an asset.
