The Virtual Preceptor will mentor and support learners, providing guidance to enhance their learning and professional development. Responsibilities include offering academic feedback, conducting virtual mentoring sessions, assisting with research writing, and fostering leadership skills in learners. Additionally, the Virtual Preceptor will collaborate with the organization to ensure high-quality mentorship and learning outcomes. Qualifications • Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills • Experience with research writing and academic guidance • Expertise in teaching and professional development • Proficiency in using online collaboration tools and virtual platforms • Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster a positive learning environment • Degree in education, research, or a related field preferred • Prior experience as a preceptor or in a similar mentorship role is an advantage Apply tot his job
