Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
Job Type: Part-time, Contract (3–5 hours/week)

Selorra is a nationwide wedding photography and videography brand built on helping couples look and feel their best. We believe confidence is coachable — and we’ve created the Beauty Bundle, an empowering experience that helps everyday people learn how to shine in front of the camera.
We’re looking for a part-time Virtual Pose Coach to join our team and provide personalized video critiques and community engagement for our clients.What You’ll Do
• Review client-submitted photos and provide recorded video feedback (using Loom) to help couples improve their posing, body language, facial expressions, and overall presence.
• Offer posing tips that are simple, encouraging, and grounded in real photo expertise.
• Host light engagement (1–2 hours/week) inside our online community, posting tips, posing prompts, and answering questions.
• Occasionally participate in Zoom coaching calls with select clients (optional and paid separately).
• Collaborate with our internal team to maintain quality and ensure a luxury experience.
Who You Are
• A photographer with posing expertise — ideally with experience shooting weddings, couples, or portrait sessions.
• Deeply familiar with angles, posture, natural body language, and helping everyday people look their best.
• Comfortable recording clear, thoughtful feedback using video tools like Loom.
• Strong communicator with a warm, encouraging tone — our goal is to build confidence, not critique harshly.
• Self-managed and reliable, able to meet turnaround times for feedback (typically 2–3 business days).
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with coaching, teaching, or guiding clients on posing or confidence.
• Background in beauty, personal styling, or editorial photography.
Hours + Pay
• 3–5 hours per week to start
• $25–$40/hour depending on experience and clarity of communication
