River Rock Dental is looking for a dependable and organized Virtual Patient Coordinator / Scheduler to join our team remotely. In this role, you will manage patient scheduling, maintain accurate records, and provide professional support to ensure our patients receive exceptional care.
You will be the first point of contact for patients, assisting with appointment bookings, answering inquiries, and coordinating follow-ups. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help streamline office operations and improve the patient experience.
Responsibilities:
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Answer patient inquiries via phone and email
Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance-related questions
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA
Coordinate appointment reminders and follow-ups
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with dental or medical scheduling software
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
Prior dental office or healthcare experience is a plus
