- Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Stay current on best practices in mental health treatment through ongoing education and training
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- State licensure as a Mental Health Therapist
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred
- Proficiency in psychopharmacology and clinical research is a plus
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective therapy sessions
- Ability to conduct group therapy sessions effectively
