**Main Responsibilities**

As a Virtual Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* **Greeting Customers**: Greet customers in a prompt and professional manner, answering their questions and resolving their issues.
* **Providing Excellent Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
* **Reporting Accidents**: Report any known accidents or incidents to management.
* **Maintaining a Clean and Professional Appearance**: Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to our company's dress code and grooming standards.
* **Availability to Work Overnight Shifts**: Be available to work overnight shifts, including 11PM-7AM, as required.

**Minimum Qualifications**

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to:

* **Stand, Walk, and/or Sit**: Continuously perform essential job functions, including standing, walking, and/or sitting.
* **Perform Tasks Requiring Bending, Stooping, Kneeling, and Walking**: Perform tasks that require bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking.

* **Availability to Work Overnight Shifts**: Be available to work overnight shifts, including 11PM-7AM, as required.
