Key Responsibilities:

Travel Booking:
Ā Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities
Ā Provide expert advice on destinations, travel packages, and travel-related services
Ā Manage and update booking information, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client preferences
Ā Handle travel-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a seamless travel experience
Customer Service:
Ā Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing client needs and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Ā Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and modifications to their travel plans
Ā Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on their travel experiences
Scheduling Duties:
Ā Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments for clients and team members
Ā Maintain organized schedules and ensure timely execution of travel plans and related tasks
Ā Prepare and manage itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents
Qualifications:
Ā Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar customer service role, with a strong understanding of travel industry processes and systems
Ā Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach
Ā Proficiency in using travel booking systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools
Ā Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Ā Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling bookings and scheduling
