Virtual Occupational Therapist - IL
A fully remote occupational therapy opportunity is available to provide telehealth services within an educational setting. This contract position is designed for licensed occupational therapists experienced in delivering therapy to school-aged children through virtual platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
ā¢ Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and evaluations via telehealth.
ā¢ Developing individualized treatment plans to support students sensory, motor, and self-care skills.
ā¢ Delivering virtual therapy sessions focused on improving students functional abilities and participation in educational activities.
ā¢ Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
ā¢ Documenting therapy sessions, progress notes, and reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
ā¢ Utilizing a proprietary virtual platform that offers interactive learning materials and assessments.
ā¢ Engaging with clinical and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Desired qualifications:
ā¢ Current occupational therapy licensure and credentials appropriate for school-based practice.
ā¢ Proven experience providing telehealth occupational therapy services.
