Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $115,000 – $130,000
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
Lead virtual therapy sessions using research-backed methods.
Support clients dealing with PTSD by offering structured trauma therapy.
Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate client care.
Maintain documentation in compliance with ICD-9 requirements.
Provide family-based counseling to improve communication and relationships.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
Two years of experience in outpatient or telehealth settings.
Strong organizational skills and ability to use digital platforms effectively.
