Virtual Meeting Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Virtual Meeting Assistant to support our remote live sales training sessions. This role is key to creating a seamless, engaging learning experience by managing logistics, timekeeping, and tech coordination during each session. This role is fully remote.
As the moderator, you’ll work closely with the lead Sales Trainer, helping manage participant engagement, troubleshoot issues, and keep the session running smoothly. All training content is provided—your job is to be the trainer’s right hand and the glue behind the scenes.
Salary is $50-$100/hr.Responsibilities
Support live virtual and/or in-person training sessions 1–2 weeks per month
Serve as timekeeper and help keep sessions on schedule
Monitor participant questions and engagement in chat or Q&A
Assist with breakout rooms, polls, role-play setups, and transitions
Handle basic technical troubleshooting (audio, video, connectivity)
Communicate with participants professionally and warmly
Track attendance and assist with post-session follow-up (e.g., sending slides or links)
Coordinate with internal and client teams on logistics and schedules
Flag any issues, delays, or concerns to the Trainer in real-time
Help set a positive, inclusive, and professional tone throughout the session
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in event coordination, virtual training support, or client service
Comfortable using Microsoft Teams
High attention to detail, time awareness, and multitasking skills
Professional, warm, and engaging communication style
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
Tech-savvy and quick to troubleshoot basic issues
Reliable internet and ability to work during scheduled sessions
Nice to Have
Mandarin, Korean, and Japanese fluency.
Experience supporting training, workshops, or webinars
Familiarity with Teams Breakout Rooms, polling tools, etc.
Exposure to sales, coaching, or professional development environments
Prior work with corporate clients or client-facing roles

The Trainer is able to focus fully on delivery, thanks to your support
