They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can work across departments and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Position Overview:We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Virtual Medical Manager to oversee medical billing processes, patient coordination workflows, and administrative operations across multiple specialties. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, providers, and billing staff to ensure accuracy in claims processing, timely follow-ups, and efficient scheduling.This role requires a strong understanding of US healthcare systems, insurance workflows, and the ability to manage multiple operational functions in a remote environment.Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end medical billing workflows, including claims submission, insurance follow-ups, and denial resolutionCoordinate with providers, billing teams, and administrative staff to ensure accurate documentation and timely processingOversee patient scheduling and coordination processes where requiredReview insurance verifications, prior authorizations, and ensure proper documentation is in placeMonitor billing KPIs, collections, and aging reports to identify and resolve inefficienciesCommunicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues and reimbursement delaysMaintain accurate records within EMR/EHR and billing systemsEnsure compliance with US healthcare regulations and patient data privacy standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and efficiencyProvide support in onboarding and guiding junior team members when neededQualifications:3+ years of experience in medical billing, healthcare operations, or practice managementStrong understanding of US insurance processes, claims lifecycle, and reimbursement workflowsExperience working with EMR/EHR systems and medical billing softwareExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and departments simultaneouslySelf-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environmentHigh attention to detail, especially in billing accuracy and documentationPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in multi-specialty practices such as:RadiologyNephrologyCosmetic / Aesthetic practicesSports Injury / RehabilitationDental billingGeneral medicineFamiliarity with prior authorizations and insurance verification processes across specialtiesKnowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality best practicesExperience working with distributed or remote healthcare teams This is a remote opportunity open to candidates in Pakistan. Your application includes a quick AI video interview.#LI-RR1
