We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Support team as a Virtual Live or Tele Chat Support. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and telephone interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and telephone
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills
