What You’ll Be Doing
• Drafting, formatting, and editing legal correspondence and documents
• Managing legal calendars, deadlines, and scheduling
• Conducting legal research and summarizing findings
• Organizing digital case files and performing client intake
• Using legal software platforms (Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, etc.)
• Handling phone and email communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a law firm or legal support role
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• High-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office setup
• Computer (Mac or PC) with webcam for virtual meetings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal management tools
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple clients/cases
