Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, client-centered Legal Assistant who can serve as a warm and competent point of contact for our clients, leads, and referral partners. This person will manage scheduling, answering the phone, promptly responding to emails, taking accurate messages, preparing, and sending engagement letters and payment/invoices, and build lasting relationships.
