Virtual General Education Teacher - Kansas

Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide instruction tailored to students in general education and special education settings, utilizing telehealth technology where appropriate
ā¢ Design and implement differentiated lesson plans that accommodate gifted learners as well as students with special needs
ā¢ Monitor and assess student progress, adapting instructional strategies to meet individual learning goals
ā¢ Collaborate with education staff to support a comprehensive learning experience for all students
ā¢ Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and administration
Qualifications:
ā¢ Valid teaching certification with experience in special education and gifted education
ā¢ Proficient in telehealth delivery and virtual teaching tools
ā¢ Strong understanding of educational best practices for diverse student populations
ā¢ Excellent communication and organizational skills
ā¢ Ability to work effectively in both virtual and onsite environments
