Key Responsibilities:
• Travel Planning: Craft customized itineraries that reflect each client’s interests and travel goals.

Booking Coordination: Secure accommodations, flights, transportation, and experiences with efficiency and care.

Budget Oversight: Align travel plans with client budgets, providing the best value without compromising quality.

Client Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact, delivering prompt and professional assistance before, during, and after travel.

Industry Awareness: Continuously monitor destination trends, travel advisories, and new experiences to provide uptodate recommendations.
• *
Client Outreach: Promote exclusive offers and generate new leads through effective digital engagement strategies.
• Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage time and priorities in a selfdirected environment.
• *
Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
• *
Familiarity with global travel destinations and current hospitality trends is a plus.

Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight.
