Responsibilities Leverage your sales ability to build enduring relationships with clients by making personal connections and building trust Skillfully engage in advice-led conversations, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored financial recommendations Analyze clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment horizon, utilizing independent thought to address complex situations Provide clients with suitable insurance and investment product recommendations aligned with their objectives, guiding them to take action Handle inbound telephone and email inquiries, addressing client needs and issues ranging from simple to complex cases.Identify sales opportunities and seamlessly transition conversations from service-oriented to sales-oriented Resolve client inquiries and concerns by providing comprehensive information and explanations in a timely manner Accurately document all client interactions into Salesforce Comply with federal and state regulations, ensuring the protection of client and company interests through confidentiality.
