Role Responsibilities
Manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
Handle executive assistant duties, including project management, coordinating marketing initiatives, website edits, and social media management.
Ensure a high-quality customer experience and workflow.
Prepare and share daily and weekly reports with clients.
Accurately track and report time accounting.
Attend and lead client meetings, along with regular staff and strategy meetings.
Ideal Candidate Attributes
Proactive and driven to exceed expectations.
Comfortable working independently while effectively collaborating with a remote team.
Extensive customer service experience.
Proficient in various systems, including Wix, Google Suite, Asana, Wordpress, and CRMs.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to create efficient systems and processes.
Resourceful and detail-oriented with excellent grammatical skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant experience.
At least 5 years of executive assistant/project management experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, CRMs, and project management software.
Excellent communication skills.
Home office setup with a computer (Mac or PC), high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a professional workspace.
