Job Description: As a Virtual ESOL Instructor, you will design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of adult learners in an online environment. You will help students improve their English language proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, while also fostering a supportive and interactive virtual classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that align with student needs and proficiency levels.
• Conduct live virtual classes using video conferencing tools and other online resources.
• Utilize interactive teaching methods to encourage participation and enhance learning outcomes.
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive online environment that promotes cultural understanding.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop instructional materials.
• Stay informed about current trends and technologies in language education.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Ohio Teacher Certification in TESOL is required.
• Experience teaching ESOL in a virtual setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and platforms.
• Ability to adapt instructional methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
