You'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with all the necessary equipment provided, and enjoy a range of benefits that support your well-being and career growth. **Key Responsibilities** As a Virtual Customer Support Advocate, you'll be responsible for: * Delivering prompt, clear, and empathetic responses to arenaflex subscribers via chat, email, and voice channels regarding billing inquiries, account access, subscription issues, and general service concerns. * Accurately diagnosing technical issues and providing solutions or escalating appropriately. * Documenting subscriber interactions using internal tools to ensure accurate records and continuous service improvement. * Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide up-to-date information and recommendations. * Staying aligned with arenaflex's brand voice and service standards while ensuring a consistent customer experience. * Collaborating with team members and cross-functional departments to resolve customer issues efficiently. * Meeting or exceeding performance goals in areas such as customer satisfaction, resolution time, and productivity. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and working in a digital environment. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. * Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations. * Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. * Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy. **Preferred Qualifications** While not mandatory, experience in the following areas will be beneficial: * 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual or contact center environment. * Experience handling billing, subscription, or account-related support. * Prior experience in a streaming or tech support environment. **Working Hours** As a Virtual Customer Support Advocate, you'll work full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support subscribers across various time zones.
