Skills
Ā Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office... applications.
Ā Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
Ā Experience in data entry with attention to detail.
Ā Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable.
Ā Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a call center environment.
Ā Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
