Virtual Customer Service Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a part-time, flexible, and 100% remote Virtual Customer Service Assistant to provide top-notch customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide regular client interfacing via phone, email, and other communication channels
Manage email communications, calendars, and tasks to ensure seamless customer support
Develop, execute, and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and processes to drive efficiency and excellence
Perform administrative tasks associated with CRM software and other tools
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience working remotely preferred
Available to work during business hours (Monday - Friday) with a minimum of 10 hours/week availability
Previous experience managing multiple clients, accounts, and projects preferred
Proficient in MS Office (including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) and common online programs/software used by small business owners
Mac (preferred) or PC Computer with webcam, fast and reliable internet connection, and smartphone with email capabilities
