Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account inquiries and support needs. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues efficiently. • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. • Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage customer information effectively. • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers. • Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services during customer interactions. • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. • Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
