About the Role As a Virtual Concierge, you’ll be the first voice a new patient hears. You’ll guide them with clarity and care, answer questions, and help schedule appointments — all while representing our clients as if you were part of their in-house team. What You'll Do • Serve as the first point of contact for new patients calling in. • Answer a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and precision. • Build rapport quickly and help convert inquiries into appointments. • Provide clear, informed guidance about services, availability, and next steps. • Schedule appointments directly in client systems. • Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly. • Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent messaging. • Represent each client’s brand with pride, accuracy, and professionalism. What We're Looking For • Customer service experience in hospitality, healthcare, or high-touch service roles. • A friendly, confident, and articulate phone presence. • Multitasking mastery: juggle calls, notes, and software — all with a calm demeanor. • Fast and accurate typing and note-taking skills. • Self-motivation and discipline to thrive in a remote setting. • Tech fluency across computer systems and cloud-based tools. • High emotional intelligence and a coachable, feedback-friendly mindset. • Detail-oriented and organized — no task is too small to be done well.
