As a Virtual Compliance Support Specialist, you will join our team on a journey to help eliminate barriers for patients, increase their access to medications, and help them receive lifesaving treatments while working in an environment that nurtures you.

We build personal, partner relationships with our clients by utilizing a consultative approach to solving brand challenges. The Virtual Compliance Support Specialist will assist the Area Sales Manager (ASM) in a support role through engaging in key activities including CRM, reporting and administrative tasks. The Virtual Compliance Support Specialist will also engage in activities that will assist in personal/professional development. The Virtual Compliance Support Specialist will work remotely and will have all technical equipment supplied.

This position is a part-time role reporting to the Sr. Area Sales Manager (ASM) assigned to the projects. .

Responsibilities
• A key objective will be working with the ASM to ensure Program Compliance by completing daily collating and verification of incoming Virtual Clinical Discussion Trackers.
• Provide regular CRM account and contact maintenance to ensure all key data elements are captured to ensure accurate metric reporting.
• Regularly run, format and provide program reports to management.
• Monitor complaint template communication with healthcare providers on a regular basis.
• Create and maintain a positive impression with the VE team, management and other Mercalis personnel.
• Manage effectively in uncertain and ambiguous situations.
• Attend all necessary meetings.
• Be a self-directed, resilient, decision maker who faces each task with optimism and is results oriented.

• Be availalbe to work a minimum of 4 days a week

• Ensure all SOPs are followed with consistency
• Conducts miscellaneous tasks or projects as assigned

Qualifications
• Experience with CRM system platforms: preferably sales force.
• Strong technology skills.
• Proficient working with Microsoft Office products: focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, verbal, written and digitally.
• Ability to resolve conflicting situations.
• High energy, collaborator with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
