Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Virtual Clinical Trainer / Nurse Educator to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will deliver clinical training, develop educational programs, and guide staff and clients on health, wellness, and best practices. This is a fully remote position open to candidates currently residing in the United States. Applicants outside the U.S. cannot be considered at this time. Responsibilities Develop and deliver virtual clinical training programs for staff, clients, and athletes. Provide educational resources and guidance on healthcare, wellness, and clinical procedures. Conduct virtual sessions, webinars, and training workshops. Collaborate with teams to ensure clinical best practices are applied. Maintain training records, evaluations, and progress reports. Assist in creating protocols and training materials to support health and safety initiatives. Answer clinical and procedural inquiries and provide professional guidance. Qualifications Education: Nursing degree (RN, BSN, or equivalent); advanced certifications or clinical teaching experience preferred. Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice and training/education experience. Strong communication, teaching, and organizational skills. Proficiency with virtual communication tools, learning management systems, and documentation software. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Interest in sports, wellness, and clinical education is highly desirable.
