Job Description

As a Virtual Client Support Advisor at American Express, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, support, and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a deep understanding of American Express products and services, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients in a virtual setting.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications
