REQUIREMENT: Virtual CIO (vCIO) or IT Strategy Consultant / IT Executive Advisor Monmouth County, New Jersey (Remote)---Locals Only Need Overall 12+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects is must. Minimum Qualifications: • Experience providing Virtual CIO or senior IT consulting services. • Prior work with municipalities or public sector organizations. • Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and cybersecurity practices. • Experience in IT strategy development and technology roadmapping. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Familiarity with vendor management and IT budget oversight. Preferred: • Prior experience as a CIO, VCIO, or senior IT consultant for municipalities or public sector clients. • Familiarity with local regulations, compliance standards, and data protection laws. • Strong understanding of township operations and administrative processes. • Expertise in IT areas such as cybersecurity, network infrastructure, cloud computing, and software systems. • Ability to collaborate effectively with township staff, department heads, and elected officials. • Strong documentation and reporting skills for transparency and accountability.
