- Listen and comprehend respondent answers while efficiently typing them into the survey software
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- Provide a dedicated and quiet working space free of distractions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to read and speak clearly
- Typing speed of 30 wpm while maintaining accuracy is preferred
- Ability to sit and type for the majority of the shift
- Must provide own equipment, including a laptop, headset, and webcam
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with using various software technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Previous experience conducting surveys or interviews
- Knowledge of market research principles
