Virtual bolthires Co-Host
We are seeking an experienced Virtual bolthires Co-Host / Property Manager to manage our property and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The property is well established and receives regular bookings.Most systems are already in place - I just need a proactive, reliable person to handle routine communication and coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communication with guests, handling bookings, coordinating cleaning services, and managing reviews. You should possess excellent organizational skills, be tech-savvy, and have a strong understanding of bolthires best practices.If you are passionate about hospitality and have experience in property management, we want to hear from youResponsibilities:• Respond to guest messages promptly (within 12 hours)• Coordinate cleaners and confirm turnovers• Send check in and check out instructions (templates provided)• Update calendar and pricing when needed• Report issues or maintenance needs quicklyContract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.Mandatory skills: Virtual Assistance, Customer Service, Communications, Email Communication Apply tot his job
