Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
We are hiring a bilingual (Spanish/English) SLP to work with multilingual learners in Virginia public schools. This is a fully remote 1099 role with a culturally responsive focus.
Duties:
• Conduct bilingual assessments and therapy
• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate services
• Consult with ESL and special education teams
• Offer interpretation or translated materials as needed for families
• Maintain secure, compliant records in both languages
Benefits:
• 1099 Position
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Highly Competitive pay rate: $43-$45/hr
• School hours
VOCOVISION Requirements
Must have a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, or Communication Science's and disorders
Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
Home computer with high internet speed
Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
• Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
